Did you know that the body aches and joint pain that you’re feeling can simply be due to a decrease in the hormone Esteogen?
When we go through menopause our Estrogen levels are decreased and Estrogen is needed for our bones and when these levels are low this is when inflammation creeps in and the pain starts. Nothing really takes the pain away, the inflammation sticks around and if you eat a diet high in fats, sugars, and processed foods then the inflammation gets worse.
You go to the Dr and they just act like it’s nothing serious, they don’t even explain it to you. They just take a couple of X-rays of the joints that hurt and go, oh there’s no fracture and send you on your way.
But I’m here to tell you that if you want to know if inflammation is what you’re experiencing just ask the Dr to have a CRP level and Sedrate level drawn and look out for those high numbers and they will be high because the joint pain/inflammation is there.
But don’t worry, there is help. It’s called a little exercise, some stretching and a healthier diet limiting the bad foods and increasing fruits and vegetables, meditating and PRAYER!!!
It’s time we fought back and claim our bodies back, goodbye joint pain and inflammation!!
