You ever have that feeling of something going on but you don’t quite know. It’s like your brain is on vacation but you need it to function now?
Well this is menopause messing with your mind. One minute you’re feeling happy and the next minute you’re thinking of all kinds of things that can go wrong, than your beating yourself up for feeling this way.
Menopause tries to mentally take over your thinking. It tries to make you feel like you’re getting old, your youth is gone. Menopause wants you to think negative about everything. Research has proven how menopause can literally send some women into depression and if you don’t talk to your doctor or other women going through it you’ll think you’re actually depressed and sad where as it’s your missing hormones that’s causing it.
There are so many ways we can beat this, always focus on the happy. Meditate. Pray. Exercise. Try and I mean try to eat a balanced diet, talk to your doctor about hormone therapy, and when all else fails, eat that dessert or have that glass of wine.
Ladies, we can get through this even if it’s one minute at a time.
